Eve Saltman is the Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at OnLive and brings to the role more than 20 years of legal experience across a diverse range of industries including ecommerce, outsourcing, and interactive software/entertainment. She has a wide set of legal expertise across many areas including, privacy, litigation, intellectual property, commercial transactions, M&A, and corporate governance. She is responsible for all legal affairs of the Company and oversees the OnLive legal department responsible for providing support for all of OnLive's legal matters.
Eve joined OnLive from LiveOps where she helped build the legal department and oversaw all aspects of the company's commercial and licensing transactions, its intellectual property portfolio and development of many of the company’s policies and processes. She previously held a variety of in-house legal roles at Siebel Systems and Autodesk. Eve began her legal career with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Eve holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Cornell University and a law degree from Georgetown University.
